3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Maintain account security

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Reverse engineering software
  • Using services for illegal purposes
  • Interfering with servers or networks
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Sharing login credentials

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All algorithms, software, content, and materials belong exclusively to Trade Greater. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

Proprietary algorithms including "NQ Ultra" and related presets are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading Risk Warning: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance offers no guarantees. Investors may lose everything. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Investment Advice: All content is educational and not recommendations.

Performance Disclaimers: Simulated results have inherent limitations compared to actual trading records.

No Guarantees: The company makes no representations about profitability, prediction accuracy, service reliability, or trading results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trade Greater disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses and data loss.

9. Refund Policy

A 14-day free trial is offered through Whop. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete terms.

10. Account Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12. Updates to Terms

The company may update these Terms with material changes communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Illinois state law, with disputes resolved in Cook County, Illinois courts.

14. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
