Trade Greater is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund terms for algorithm packages and educational services purchased through Whop.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on all algorithm packages through Whop. This allows you to:
- Test the algorithms on your own trading platform
- Access all 5 custom presets
- Join the Discord community
- Receive setup support
We recommend using the full 14-day trial period to evaluate the algorithms before your subscription begins.
2. Refund Eligibility
After your paid subscription begins, refunds may be considered if:
- Request is made within 30 days of the first paid charge
- You have followed proper setup instructions
- You have used the algorithms for at least 14 consecutive trading days
- You can provide documentation of your trading setup and results
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email refunds@tradegreater.com with:
- Your account details and Whop username
- Screenshots of your algorithm configuration
- Trading results and platform activity
- Purchase information and date
- Detailed explanation of the issues encountered
4. Processing Timeline
Our refund process typically takes:
- Day 1: Submission and acknowledgment
- Days 1-2: Review of request and documentation
- Days 3-5: Processing decision
- Days 5-7: Fund disbursement (if approved)
Actual refund timing depends on your payment method: Credit cards (3-5 business days), PayPal (1-2 days), Bank transfers (5-7 days).
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in cases of:
- Late requests (30-45 days after charge)
- Incomplete documentation
- Minimal usage of the algorithms
- User-side technical issues
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made beyond 45 days after charge
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Sharing algorithms with others
- Reverse engineering attempts
- Trading losses (see Performance Disclaimer below)
- Failure to follow setup instructions
7. Performance Disclaimer
Important: Refunds are not based on trading performance or profitability. Trading carries inherent risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Our algorithms are educational tools, not guaranteed profit systems.
8. Post-Refund Access
Upon refund approval:
- Algorithm access will be terminated immediately
- Discord community access will be revoked
- Educational materials will no longer be available
- A 90-day waiting period applies before repurchase eligibility
9. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Maintain access until the end of your current billing period
- Not result in a prorated refund for unused time
